BOIL WATER NOTICE RESCINDED
On August 23, 2020 Due to the loss of water, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the City of Log Cabin public water system, 1070121, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes. The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption
purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of August 27, 2020 If you have questions concerning this matter, you may contact Jeremy Crocker at (90) 275-9996. The Bacteriological samples submitted to Net Health on August 26, 2020 for testing passed. The public water system customers and the executive director shall be able to reach the public water system at one of the numbers listed in this notice. Due to vandalism, the dock and pier at Log Cabin City Park will be temporarily closed until repairs are completed, per compliance with Tarrant Regional Water District. Thank you for your patience during this time.
