Proposed amendment to Ordinance 31K Zoning and Building Standards to update the minimum square footage requirements for manufactured homes in Zone C of the City
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE CITY OF LOG CABIN ON THURSDAY, OCT. 12, 2023 AT 7:00 P.M. AND THURSDAY, OCT. 19, 2023 AT 7:00 P.M. AT CITY HALL, 14387 ALAMO RD., LOG CABIN, TX 75148. It is proposed to amend Ordinance 31K to change the areas with a 750 square footage minimum requirement for manufactured homes (Zone C) to a 600 square footage minimum for manufactured homes. Any interested person may attend the public hearing/s to voice their favor, opposition, or opinion.
