September 22, 2023

City of Log Cabin to raise water/wastewater rates in new fiscal year.

A sheet of paper with a table of numbers on it.

Are there resources help to with my bill?

There are several local organizations that help with utility bills for those in need. The City is unable to recommend a specific organization, but there is a list of a few resources on the city’s website at https://www.cityoflogcabin.com/live-in-log-cabin

Making the decision to raise rates is not an easy decision and is ultimately guided by the desire to protect the safety and welfare of the City’s citizens and customers, balanced with a need to minimize the financial burden for residents. Please remember that your elected officials live here and will be impacted by the rate increases too. Thank you to the citizens who participated in the meeting and to our Council members.
